4. Project Quotations

All quotations provided by Product Page World are estimates based on the information available at the time.

If the project requirements change after approval, additional charges and revised timelines may apply.

Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Project Approval

A project is considered approved once:

The client confirms the proposal in writing,
OR pays the requested advance,
OR instructs us to begin work.

Once approved, development resources are allocated specifically for the project.

6. Payments

Payment schedules will be communicated before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed:

An advance payment may be required.
Remaining payments are due according to agreed milestones.
Final project files may be delivered after outstanding payments are cleared.

Late payments may delay project delivery.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services:

Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds are reviewed only in exceptional circumstances.
Completed work, consultation, research, design hours, development hours, and revisions are non-refundable.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

Accurate project information
Brand assets
Logos
Images
Content
Product information
Required access credentials
Timely approvals and feedback

Delays in providing required materials may extend the project timeline.

9. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery dates depend upon:

Project complexity
Client responsiveness
Scope changes
Third-party approvals

Timeline estimates should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

10. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the selected package.

Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, software updates, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content, images, trademarks, videos, and materials do not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights.

Product Page World assumes no responsibility for copyrighted material supplied by clients.

15. Performance Disclaimer

While we build websites using industry best practices, we do not guarantee:

Search engine rankings
Sales growth
Revenue increase
Lead generation
Advertising performance
Conversion rates

Business results depend on numerous factors beyond website development, including marketing strategy, competition, pricing, audience behavior, advertising, and market conditions.

16. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality.

Any confidential information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties unless:

Required by law,
Necessary to complete the project,
Authorized by the client.

17. Limitation of Liability
